We had a bit of a hard time getting a hold of office staff but once they sent out their repair tech we were thoroughly impressed. Johnathan worked quickly and efficiently and met all our expectations!

Can't say enough good about Pinnacle! Garage door spring broke over holiday weekend. They came an hour after we called and we're done so fast. Totally saved the day.

Jonathan @ Pinnacle could not have been more professional or more personable. He was also very persistent. My garage door problem was not an easy fix but Jonathan kept at it and didn't keep charging for every little thing. I felt like I was treated with respect and his honesty was so appreciated. I'll never go anywhere else. Top notch service!!!

Pinnacle Doors did a great job on the installation and sorting out some follow up issues that were unrelated to their work. They solved problems caused by others, did it with a smile, and have earned my trust and future business. Everyone from the front office to the installation techs are fantastic!

Pinnacle Doors has been servicing my garage doors for over 10 years now. Their employees have excellent communication skills. They've always been on-time for appointments and their cost estimates have been accurate. They do great work and have real eye for detail.

We've used these guys a few times and again recently. Didn't expect the great customer care these guys provide. Prompt, friendly, fast at getting to your job and I found what they charged for the work to be very reasonable. They provide a great customer experience. Nice job guys and thanks!

Pinnacle Garage Doors lives up to their name. My garage door of 4 years broke. We reached out to a different company, who had a technician come to the house to do repairs and told us he did not have the right parts to fix the garage. He said he would get back with us to schedule a different time to fix the garage. We did not hear back from him or the company.
We called Pinnacle and the company provided the opposite experience. The person that we spoke to in the office made sure to understand our situation and promised we would have someone to the house to fix our garage the same day. The promise was met within a few hours and the repairman was professional and efficient. He was able to get the repair done within a half hour. He answered all of my questions, explained what had happened to cause the break and showed me how the repair would make it better than before. The added bonus was Pinnacle was significantly cheaper in repair cost than the other company had quoted us. Pinnacle has made my family lifetime customers.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! Rarely have my expectations been exceeded when dealing with a company. These guys are the exception. Brandon worked with our schedule and had the door fixed the next day. His price was exactly what he had estimated it to be. I am the guy who usually fixes things himself. I had replaced the springs on our old heavy wooden garage door myself about 15 years ago. It was a little scary tightening the springs and difficult to get the cables the correct length and safely clamped and tension set just right........ After knowing what I went through to replace the springs myself to save $100.00, I HIGHLY recommend having Pinnacle Garage Doors come do the work. I was so impressed with Brandon that I hope by writing this review he will stay busy..... I also want to help out others to have a good experience if their garage door needs repaired.

Outstanding doesn’t do justice to our experience with Pinnacle. John helped us select the right doors for our project and stayed until 9pm to install them in the cold. Best price and service that’s second to none. Thanks Pinnacle!

Had a spring on my garage fail, called pinnacle and bradon came right out. Fixed my issue super fast and now I can use my garage again. Fair price, exceptional service I will use them in the future

Pinnacle garage doors is a great company. Very honest, had our springs break late on a Friday evening. Jonathan came a few hours later and got us all fixed up. I really appreciate their honesty! 2 years ago when Johnathan was here fixing our door he said often the springs will go in the next few years but that there is no reason to fix them before they break. Sure enough a few years later they broke and he was here to fix them. I wish I could find a company like Pinnacle to service my air conditioner...

Best Service Ever! The spring on my garage door broke around 4:45 on a Friday. I noticed this sticker on the door with their name as the installers, so I called them, thinking maybe I'd have someone out the following Monday. She answered the phone and after I explained my problem, she asked for my name, promising to call me back when she wasn't driving. And she did! I heard from a technician minutes later, and my door was repaired by 7 that evening. Jonathan knows what he is doing, unlike the last guy who repaired my other door that broke. I am really grateful they were SO FAST and EXPERT at helping me!! Thank you so much!!

Pinnacle Garage Doors in Utah is a class act. I had my garage door springs break this morning and I needed it fixed before I headed in to work. I called and got a technician out to my house within 30 minutes and the job was done within an hour. Professional technician who was super friendly and gave my system a good tune up for a great price. I highly recommend Pinnacle!

We just got a new Conway white garage door from pinnacle and they did a great job. It had short panel windows and the cost was right at 1200. They communicated with us the whole time, took measurements, and they were on time. Install went smoothly and they were very professional.

My spring broke on my garage door broke late last night and Pinnacle came out this morning and fixed it. They also replaced my key pad. I thought I would get sticker shock at the price, but instead was super surprised as the price was less then what he originally said it would be. It is awesome to know that there are still good and honest companies that are working hard to earn trust and do good work. I would highly recommend this company!

Hands down the best Garage door company. Their employees are OUTSTANDING. Their service is fast and they were super helpful when we first had a small issue with our garage door. They cam out and looked it, took care of it and were awesome. GREAT quality as well!!

I had a broken spring on my garage door. The guys at Pinnacle were fast and friendly. Not knowing what to expect, I was ready to pay nearly $500, but the invoice came in at a third of that. I was stunned. Usually you pay a premium for same day service! I highly recommend Pinnacle Garage doors.

Needed help with a ruined 2 car garage door. From the moment I requested help these guys were extremely attentive, helpful and reasonable.
